1. How to change shuffle mode?
   • Play a media file
   • Tap the bottom bar
   • Click on the third button on the right to rotate between shuffle modes
   • You can long on the button to see the current shuffle mode
2. How to change playback speed?
   • Play a media file
   • Tap the bottom bar
   • you can see the play back speed near the top center and change it via plus(+) and minus(-) buttons.
3. How to add bookmarks in audiobooks?
   • Play a media file
   • Tap the bottom bar
   • Now, tap "Add bookmark" button to add a bookmark at the current location
4. How to add a new Google Drive folder?
   • Tap settings (three vertical dots on top-right)
   • Tap "Add from URL..."
   • Add the URL to a Google Drive folder
5. How to increase/decrease the cache size?
   • Tap settings (three vertical dots on top-right)
   • Tap "Show cache information..."
6. What's the benefit of the paid version?
   • No ads
   • Enable support for videos
   • Change playback speed
   • Add shortcuts to Home screen
   • Notify for updates when new files are uploaded to your Google Drive
7. How to stop the app from running in background?
   • Tap the bottom bar
   • Tap the stop button (⏹) - third from left
8. How to import podcast subscriptions?
   • Open MusicSync
   • Long press on "Podcasts"
   • Tap on 'Import Podcast subscriptions...'
9. Is MusicSync secure?
   • Yes, your music files never leave your device and your Google Drive.
   • MusicSync collects crashes and aggregate data like number of files played etc. purely for performance
   • MusicSync has gone through intensive security verification as a part of Google Play security screeing, download this PDF report.
10. Why can I no longer sign-in from my Google Account?
    • In Jan 2025, Google notified that I need do annual security review starting at $700 to access Google Drive data.
    • If I did that, I will have to recover the cost from users via either subscriptions or significantly worse user experience by adding a lot of ads.
    • I have opted to remove Google login instead.
    • You can see share the URL of your Google Drive folder containing music/podcasts/audiobook and add it to MusicSync.
11. How to see more songs by a given artist/album?
    • Long press on a song, you will see an option called "Show more by artist ..." and "Show more from album ...".
    • The options will only appear if MusicSync can recognize the artist/album of the song.
